Important information
A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Turtle Beach Resort is a 3-storey building and does not have any lifts. Each level is only accessed via stairs which may be unsuitable for some guests. Please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is offered for stays of 9 or more nights. Please note that reception hours are as follows: Sunday-Thursday 07:00 until 19:00 Friday-Saturday 07:00 until 21:00 Please note a 1.65% credit card surcharge applies to all transactions.
