Please inform Haus Ostsee in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that a small dog is only permitted in apartment 2,3 and 4. Please see the individual apartment descriptions for more details. Pets are not allowed in apartment 1 and 5. If you are bringing a dog, the final cleaning fee is EUR 90 and you must pay the additional fee in cash at reception. Please note that the spa tax must be paid upon arrival, children and people with severe disabilities have a discount on city tax.
